GENERAL CONDITIONS

1. REGISTRATION
To enroll, the completed form must be submitted in its entirety. The student status will be recognized by the school or an official authorized substitute. Upon receiving confirmation of enrollment by mail or e-mail, an immediate deposit must be made into our bank account, which will be deducted from the remainder of the total invoice. Upon obtaining the deposit in our bank account will be the reservation contract in force. The remaining amount of the invoice must be paid 4 weeks before the course starts.

2. PAYMENTS
The fees given on the invoice at the time of registration are valid. The participant is responsible for any bank charges for the payment of the course. The reservation will be made after receipt of the deposit of 200,00 €. The deposit will be deducted from the total invoice. If the deposit is not paid on time, the participant will not be able to claim the reservation.
For bookings of up to 12 weeks, the total invoice price must be paid four weeks before the course starts in our bank account. For bookings for a period longer than 12 weeks, a minimum amount of the 12-week price must be paid before the start of the course. The rest of the payment can be made in installments for each course level. Each installment must be paid at least 3 weeks before the new course level starts.

3. CANCELLATIONS / REFUNDS
In case of cancellation, the cancellation must be made in writing by post, fax or email. In case of cancellation 4 weeks after the beginning of the course, the full amount will be refunded except for the handling fee of 100 ¤. (For cancellation of accommodation, see Point 4) If the cancellation takes place within three weeks before the start of the course, the deposit will not be refunded. If cancellation occurs after the course has started, the full amount will not be refunded. Also, even if the course is not visited regularly, it must be paid in full. The school is not responsible for the suspension of its services due to force majeure. In case a student has to interrupt his/her stay, he/she will not be entitled to a refund.

4. ACCOMMODATION
The schools will provide, if required, supervised and checked accommodation (host families, shared apartments, hotels). There is no right to any kind of shelter. Accommodation will be available from 4:00 p.m. the day before the course starts until 12:00 p.m. the day after the course ends. In the event that the participant does not arrive on the agreed day at his/her accommodation, he/she must immediately inform the school or the host family. Accommodation is not guaranteed for the first night if the arrival time is after 9:00 pm. For host families, shared apartments and hotels, their General Terms and Conditions, i.e. their internal rules and regulations, apply. The school reserves the right to charge an extra fee to the participant in case of abuse of living expenses (cleaning, electricity and breakages). A termination of the accommodation is possible up to four weeks before the moving out date without extra costs. After that date a cancellation fee will be charged depending on the price of the course and the location of the accommodation. Accommodation cancellation fees will be documented in the booking confirmation and may additionally be charged for the course.

5. VISA
In order to obtain the Visa it is necessary for the participant to prove enrollment in a Spanish course with at least 20 teaching hours per week. Upon receipt of the registration and payment of the full invoice and at least two levels in the case of long-term courses, the participant will receive an official reservation from the school, with which he/she can apply for a Visa at the foreign branch (Embassy or Consulate). If the visa does not arrive in time, the course can be postponed and the participant’s place will be reserved. If the Visa is not granted, the course fees will be refunded, except for handling fees. Handling fees are based on the location of the course and can be between 75 € and a maximum of 200.00 € (For cancellation of accommodation, please refer to Point 4). After arrival, the course must be visited regularly.

6. INSURANCE
The participant is not insured by the school, however, he/she can claim liability in case of accident or theft during a school activity. Please inquire in your own country about the regulations of a private insurance.
Medical insurance: As long as you come from a European country, you will be insured by your social security through the E-111 document. With this document you will receive free medical assistance in case of need, except for dentists. If you do not come from a European country, you must bring your insurance card from your own country.

7. OTHER CONDITIONS
On public holidays recognized by law there will be no classes.
If the number of students in a course is less than 3, the school has the right to reduce the number of class hours.
The school has the right to expel students whose behavior disturbs or disturbs the normal functioning of the class.

8. JURISDICTION
Our contracts are governed by German law. The place of jurisdiction is Berlin.
Español.pro is a division of LEMP Berlin Training UG (haftungsbeschränkt). LEMP Berlin Training UG (haftungsbeschränkt) is a provider of language services (language travel agency and language school) in Berlin and is at your disposal for any questions, wishes or problems regarding your stay and language course before and at the beginning of your trip. After your arrival, the school you have registered with will be responsible for organizing your stay and language course.
